During my years working at a conventional vet practice I would often hit the same dead ends you have.
After diving into integrative medicine and holistic medicine 15 years ago I’ve continually experienced results that feel miraculous to me.

Along this journey, I realized that true, integrative care requires more time, attention, and an individualized approach.
To support a pet fully, we need to go beyond symptoms and dive much deeper - into nutrition, lifestyle, emotional balance, and preventive testing.

My vision is to slow down even more, creating space to make a deeper impact.

Get a fecal test for your puppy or kitten (on us) to check for any worms or parasites before giving a routine dewormer to help prevent unnecessary side effects. So often our puppies and kittens arrive on a kibble diet. Dianne will work with you to create the most nutritious, microbiome-boosting diet plan for your fur baby (in a way that still works for your family's lifestyle). She'll also help you get your new kitten or puppy used to different foods so you can diversify their microbiome (super helpful for long term health) and raise a less fussy eater.
Our Registered Veterinary Technician, Dianne will work with you to develop a vaccine protocol that helps prevent over-vaccination and is individualized to your pet. We'd hop on weekly Zoom calls. I'd work with your local conventional vet to get testing done and help interpret the results myself and offer guidance and explanations (as an integrative vet, I interpret results a bit differently than conventional vets, giving you an even deeper level of insight).
And you're probably wondering how you'll get access to ozone therapy.
Well… we'll guide you on exactly which kit to buy and how to get it shipped to you, and we'll teach you how to do ozone therapy on your pet at home! You can do it with us on our weekly calls (trust me, it's waaaay easier than it sounds).
And if you're a Gold or Diamond Concierge Member, we'll show you ways you can access integrative therapy at home.
If you have a cancer pet and your local vet is keen to learn, we can work together to come up with ways to help with therapies such as IV Vitamin C and Mistletoe injections. I suggest signing up for the Diamond Tier because of the intensive nature of this support.*

My pet has a more serious health struggle–what will I ACTUALLY pay every month beyond the membership fee?
I created these tiers because I wanted to cover all the foundational bases–as many exams as you need, testing to see where your pets at, and therapies like weekly ozone therapy and acupuncture that every pet can benefit from.
And I also know that if you have a chronically ill pet or a pet going through a cancer journey, you’re going to need extra supportive therapies that are really specific to what your pet is going through.
Like if you have a pet going through cancer, we might need to do some microbiome restorative therapy (FMT) or Vitamin C IVs or starting mistletoe injections.
And because you’re a concierge member and you’re already paying for all the foundational things with your monthly membership fee we’ll offer you exclusive discounts on any add ons you need as well.

This involves filling out the new client form and telling us all about your furbaby, paying a once-off fee for your first consultation to see Dr. Lily in person or on a telehealth consult.
And after your first visit, Dr. Lily will let you know if you've been accepted into the Concierge Membership.
After you click the button and secure your spot our team member will follow up to help you get enrolled in our Concierge membership. It is a 3 month commitment.

The Diamond Tier was designed for pets going through a health crisis. And when your pet no longer needs that intensive care you can shift to the Gold Tier and receive preventative care to keep them on track. If you'd like to stay a Diamond Tier Member and give your pet a luxury healthcare experience you are of course welcome to do that too.
I’m building this membership with and for you, my founding members. For our next 3 months together I want to know what you love, what you want more of, and what you think I should take out.
And at the end of the 3 months I’ll make some of those changes and you can continue your membership with me as long as you like.
If the membership is not for you right, no problem. You are still a valued member of the Integrative Pet wellness Center family and can book an appointment with us anytime.
Many of our pet parents live extremely busy lives, and their pet’s health is a priority for them, but coming in once a week just isn’t realistic with their schedule.
But in the concierge membership, that’s really not a problem.
You’re always welcome to have someone else bring your pet. You can do a drop-off if it’s a longer session and you prefer to go get something else done during the session, or if your pet is dealing with a health issue, I can simply use that time to work on their case and text you any new suggestions I have.
I just want to see your pet at least once a month via Zoom or in person.
We have designed this membership so that the exam fees and the most common test fees are covered. However, every pet's needs are unique - there can be additional tests and services your pet will require and these will be discussed with you. As a Concierge Member you will get exclusive discounts on additional treatments required.
We’ve designed the Baby Pearls Program for pet parents with young and healthy fur babies. It has the perks of being able to see Dr. Lily 2 times in 6 months, get expert support from Dianne, RVT, as well as get access to our community filled with pet parents just like you so you can feel empowered to set your pet up for glowing health for the rest of their lives.
If your pet passes you can of course stop paying the membership fee regardless of how many months are left. If you have an elderly pet or a pet with serious health issues we encourage you to join the membership and we’ll support you and your furbaby as much as we can.
